Leticia; I believe that the Georgia hearing pretty much proved that Obama is a fraud, but whether anything comes of it remains to be seen. If the Judge rules that Obama CAN remain on the Georgia ballot, then the riots should begin, because that would prove that there is wide spread corruption and a conspiracy going on in our government.

Teresa, I am not going to hold my breath hoping Congress will do something. It is highly doubtful that they will, after all, the Republicans are trying to get Marco Rubio to run as Vice-President, even though Rubio is NOT a "Natural Born" citizen. In other words, the Republicans want to do the exact same thing as the Democrats, put up an ineligible candidate in violation of the Constitution.
Last night, on FOX NEWS, on the Hannity show, Sean Hannity had Joseph Fara from World Net Daily as one of his guests and when Hannity said that Rubio would be the perfect running mate for who ever wins the Republican nomination, as soon as Fara said that Rubio was ineligible, the same as Obama, Hannity cut him off.
Anonymous: If Santorum's parents, who came from Italy, became U.S. citizens BEFORE Rick's birth, then Rick Santorum WOULD BE a "NATURAL BORN CITIZEN", because under the Natural Born Citizen Clause, BOTH of your parents MUST be U.S. citizens at the time of your Birth to qualify for Natural Born Citizen status.
From what I understand, Marco Rubio's parents who were legal immigrants from Cuba, DID NOT become U.S. Citizens until Marco was four years old. Therefore, Marco Rubio is a citizen, but NOT a Natural Born citizen.
I don't have enough information on Mitt Romney's parents to make a judgement on him at this time.
