Obama sticks his finger in the eye of the State of Georgia, refusing to acknowledge a subpoena to appear at an eligibility hearing. Judge decides in default for the plaintiffs.

Obama ignores the order to appear in a Georgia State Court to prove that he is constitutionally eligible to hold the office of President and to appear on the Georgia State Ballot in November. The Judge finds in favor of plaintiffs.
