MEET TINKERBELL

As I am not feeling well, (haven't been for several days), this will be a short post.

I just wanted you all to meet "Tinkerbell", my new fur baby. She is a one year-old Theodore Roosevelt Terrier. She became family on Sunday.

Hope you feel better soon Bishop and welcome to Tinkerbell, she'll be spoiled by her new owner no doubt. :)

Bishop,
Get well soon! I know the feeling- chronic medical conditions, ageing and a world that is out of whack. It all takes a toll and tends to bring a fella down. Get plenty of rest, pure water and nutrient rich foods- you'll be back in swing in no time. We need all the troops we can muster for the Great obama Dirty Election Battle next year.
Great looking little pal you have sitting on your lap. She will be a joy and comfort to you in the years ahead, I am sure. Best wishes and quick recovery!

Thank you MK & Indy. I am starting to feel a little better but I keep getting low grade fevers every now and then. The "Golden Years" can really be a pain.

I hope you feel better soon. Tinkerbell is lovely. Congratulations, papa!

Leticia, once I get the fevers to stop, I will be able to concentrate on posting to my blog. Right now I seem to be in a fog most of the time.

Hope this finds you feeling better. Your new companion is just what the Dr. ordered.

Take care we have a long election season coming up and need you on the front lines.

Shalom,
Pops

Please take care and get well. We will still be here. Your health is more important.

Hi Bishop Gregori, sorry I haven't swung by in awhile.

First, I was so sorry to scroll down and learn of Munchkin's passing. I know how much you must miss her. I believe that the Lord works it out so we see not only our human family and friends in heaven, but our beloved pets as well.

I'm glad to see you got Tinkerbell-- she looks like a sweetheart, and I'm sure you and she will be great friends.

Hope you're feeling better very soon-- prayers!

PS- I've never heard of a Theodore Roosevelt Terrier before.

PS-- will Tinkerbell be a guest blogger? :-)

Karen, thank you. Yes I miss Munchkin terribly, but at least I know she is not suffering any more.

From what I understand, Theodore Roosevelt Terriers (thus named because Pres. Teddy Roosevelt owned one), are a cross between Toy Fox Terriers and Mini Rat Terriers. Tinkerbell has the face of a Toy Fox Terrier, and the short stocky legs of a Mini Rat Terrier. She reminds me of both "Baby" my deceased Mini Rat Terrier and "Munchkin".

Perhaps Tinker will have a chance to blog once in a while if I can pull her away from the TV every once in a while. She loves the boob tube.
