This Act originally excluded citizens of the United States, but in the Act of March 9, 1933, Section 2 amended this to include "any person within the United States or any place subject to the jurisdiction thereof".

It was at that moment that every American citizen literally became an enemy to the United States government under declaration. According to the current Memorandum of American Cases and Recent English Cases on The Law of Trading With the Enemy, It states I have no personal Rights at law in any court, as all Rights of an enemy to sue in the courts are suspended, whereby the public good must prevail over private gain.

This Act also provides for the taking of enemy private property. The Governors of the several States of the Union pledged the full faith and credit of its citizens to the aid of the National Government in perpetuity.

As declared enemies, what we have always believed to be our private property has never been ours. The only way we can do business or any type of legal trade is to obtain permission from the government by means of a license.

It is difficult to believe, that for 76 years, since 1933, all Americans have been pledged for the debt of the UNITED STATES owed to international bankers, most of whom are foreign to our country.

Our credit, labor, productivity and property have been used and is now being used as collateral by the incorporated UNITED STATES without our consent.We have lived all of our lives with no money or property having been reduced to paupers by what calls itself government acting outside it's constitutional jurisdiction with no authority but its own.

Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading [birth certificate] to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured by their pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two should figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability. BEATINGS and the AARP

TEA BAGGERS BEATEN IN FLORIDA

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC called for "Tea Parties Against Amnesty and Illegal Immigration" to form quickly across the nation on Nov. 14. In less than 30 days, protests were scheduled for more than 50 towns and cities.

But two Fort Lauderdale, Fla., tea party protesters, including a 62-year-old man who was beaten and kicked in the face, were brutally beaten by pro-amnesty, Che Guevara supporters with a radical pro-amnesty coalition on the day of the nationwide rally as they attempted to film Florida's Act Now to Stop War and End Racism (ANSWER) Coalition.

ANSWER members carried Che Guevara signs and other black and yellow placards that stated "Full rights for all immigrants." They shouted, "Amnesty yes, racists no!"

AARP

I still receive letters and emails, all most daily, from the AARP telling me how much they care about seniors and are looking out for us, and that is why they ae supporting the Obama/Pelosi/Reid health care. Today, I received another one of their letters asking me to support them and my two NY Senators; Schumer and Gillibrand. I decided to write them a letter telling them exactly how I feel, (see below). I sent it out this morning.....

Dear Mr. Rand;

I am deeply disturbed that AARP is whole heartedly supporting any government health care reform that is coming out of Washington.
I cannot and will not support any health care bill that includes any of the following:

a.) any health care plan that includes any form of government, consumer or public option, or “trigger” to bring about such options in the future;

b.) any government run health care that uses taxpayer money
to fund abortions;

c.) any government health care that includes health care to
illegal immigrants, which includes government plans to
grant immunity and citizenship to illegal immigrants so
they can be covered;

d.) any government run health care that makes huge cuts to
to Medicare, that rations health care, or that dictates what
and how much care an individual can receive;

e.) any government health care that mandates by law that
every American citizen must purchase health insurance or
face heavy fines and/or prison;

f.) any government health care that will or have the potential
of raising taxes, in any form, on the American people.

It is obvious to everyone, and it should be obvious to you, that what the government is doing, besides being blatantly unconstitutional, has little to nothing to do with insuring every American, but it has everything to do with the government taking over our entire health care system and giving them ever more control over our lives.

Obama himself has said that his goal is to eventually put every private health insurance company out of business and institute a single payer option.

None of the points you out lined in your letter will be in any final health care bill that finally becomes law. You know it and so does every American.

This administration is pushing hard to trash our Constitution and turn the United States into a socialistic/communistic nation, and I for one will not support such efforts nor any company, organization, group, individual, etc., that chooses to prostitute themselves, for monetary gain, by aiding and abetting such efforts by this rogue government. Sen. Schumer does not and has never represented any of my moral or ethical values, neither does Sen. Gillibrand, so I cannot and will not support them.

Yes, our present health care system, even though it is the best in the world, does have its problems. These problems can be solved without a government take over, and I strongly suggest that you look into some of those options instead of “selling out” the senior citizens of this country.

I am putting you on notice, here and now, if you insist on supporting any government health care bill, knowing full well that seniors will suffer the most, and that it will only lead to higher taxes, higher medical costs, and aid in the bankrupting of the United States, I will NOT be renewing my AARP membership when it expires in a few months. Also, I shall do everything in my power to influence others to drop their memberships or not to join AARP.

America belongs to WE THE PEOPLE, not to special interest groups, lobbyists with deep pockets, nor to any Chicago style thugs, political goons or other low-life’s. We WILL take back our country, one way or another and if a government health care bill gets passed and signed into law by Obama, we will fight it in the U.S. Supreme Court because it IS unconstitutional for the government to be involved in health care, and if we cannot win there, we will make every effort to elect House and Senate members who will vote to repeal any such bill. After all, the vast majority of American citizens are AGAINST any government health care bill.

The New Contract With America:

It is time for our current congressional leaders to become responsible to the people of the United States of America. It is apparent that when left to their own devices, they often make poor decisions, based upon lobbyist influence, not constituent demands. Whether you are in office, or running for election/re-election, this applies to you and it is not party specific. I am asking, nay, demanding that you agree to and sign this contract with the American people. Failure to sign onto this, is reason enough to recall or vote you out of
office.

1. Immediately sponsor or co-sponsor and ensure passage of a bill limiting the terms of Congressional members. Senators shall serve no more than two terms. Representatives shall serve no more than three terms.

2. All laws that apply to the rest of the country also apply equally to the Congress.

3. Committee Chairs shall serve no more than two sessions as chair of the same
committee.

4. Congress shall pass a balanced budget amendment and will operate under the constraints of a balanced budget.

5. Ban the casting of proxy votes in committee.

6. All committee meetings, except in cases of national security, will be open to the public.

7. Any tax increase shall require a 75% majority vote in both the House and Senate.

8. The Federal Reserve System shall be audited, and the results made public, no later than November 1, 2011.

9. Congress shall be audited by the Government Accounting Office and said audit shall be completed by October 1, 2010.

10. There shall be no earmarks, attached to any bill.

11. Each new bill introduced into Congress shall be a stand alone bill, and will clearly contain language written by its sponsor(s) that identifies which section of the Constitution allows for the bill.

12. Islam shall not have the protections of the Constitution or the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, as Islam is a governing theocracy, guided by laws that would supersede the Constitution. Sharia Law sets Islam apart from other religions, due to its secular court system that demands separate justice from that defined in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and statutory law. In order to ensure that the Sharia Law that is creeping into America is halted, legislation shall be introduced and passed within six months designating Sharia Law as non-applicable in America and although Muslims can freely
worship, in accordance with their religion, they shall not be governed by Sharia, but by American law.

13. The President of the united States shall not appoint an advisor that is not vetted by the Senate, or holds a position that is already in place or could be done by a department head that is already in place.

14. The First Lady shall have no more than one staff member, a personal assistant, unless said First Lady is in need of help due to physical limitation.

15. All members of Congress who are charged with an ethics violation or criminal charges shall be removed from participating in Congressional activities until the Congressional investigation or criminal trial is complete and a finding of not guilty is rendered.

16. All Committee Chairs being investigated by the Ethics Committee shall lose their Chair, regardless of the outcome of said investigation.

17. Congress shall be the sole place where resolution of Constitutional issues takes place. Congress recognizes the activist bias in the court system and will no longer yield their Constitutional authority to the courts, a direct violation of the “equal protection” portion of the Constitution.

18. Congress shall approve no laws or treaties that would diminish the Sovereignty of America, its states and its people, and shall not allow the President or anyone else the authority to enter into said treaties.
As an elected official, or a person wishing to be elected to Congress, your signature on this contract is verification that you believe in all 18 acts and actions set forth within this document and you will ensure that they are adhered to and enforced.

Failing to sign off on this form, whether an elected official or running for office, shall be made public, so that your constituents or potential voters can clearly identify you as someone who does not believe in the Constitution, the sovereignty of America and its separate but equal states, and the ability of the people to be governed in a Constitutional manner.

Politicians and potential politicians be warned, the American people are tired of your ignoring us, the Constitution and your oath of office. It will no longer be tolerated by the citizens who elected you to represent us.

To everyone who reads this, copy it and print it out, and take it to your elected officials and all those in your area who are planning to run for office and ask them to sign it. If they refuse, let them know that you will do everything in your power to see that they do not get elected/re-elected. Let them know that we will NOT tolerate our elected officials to bow to big money special interest groups while ignoring the will of the American people, nor will we tolerate our elected officials selling out our national sovereignty to the U.N., or any other foreign entity.
